Fundamentals
Have less than four months of CrossFit Experience?

Fundamentals is a curriculum designed to safely and easily introduce an athlete to Crossfit. Consisting of 3 one hour classes, you will learn the 9 foundational movements of CF.

Air Squat, Front Squat, OHS Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo-Deadlift High Pull, Medicine Ball Clean.

You will also learn variations of the foundational movements to include the Back Squat, Clean and Snatch.

The class will primarily be mostly lecture, mimicking a class normal class layout; warmup, strength/skill, Conditioning Piece.
Upon completion, the athlete will be allowed to safely join any and all of our CrossFit classes
